There are no official age limits for winning the annual Green Card Lottery. The draw is a computerized random selection. However, to meet the educational requirements for participation, Green Card applicants must usually be at least 16 years old. Upwards, there are no restrictions - you can still win the Green Card Lottery at the age of 80!
